Our country's "same job, same pay" legislation takes effect as of November 1, marking a significant step towards ensuring fair pay practices across all sectors.
For businesses with a workforce of 15 or more employees, it is crucial to note that any labour hire staff who have been with you for more than 3 months need to receive compensation that is equal to that of your direct hires who are performing similar work.

In fact, if your direct hires are earning more than the standard award, our labour hire staff will receive the same competitive rates as well!
